Geothermal - No Heat
- Make sure batteries are good in your thermostat.
- Raise the thermostat to its upper limit.
- Check that the air filter is clean.
- Reset the breaker at the electrical panel.
- If problem persists, call us @ 1-877-429-8377.
Oil - No Heat
- Verify that your thermostat batteries are good.
- Raise the thermostat to its upper limit.
- Verify the switch is on.
- Check the fuse/breaker at the electrical panel.
- Make sure you have fuel.
- Press reset on the burner - once only.
- If problem persists, call us @ 1-877-429-8377.
Gas / Propane Furnace - No Heat
- Verify the thermostat batteries are good.
- Raise the thermostat to its upper limit.
- Verify switch is on.
- Check fuse/breaker at the panel.
- Check fuel supply is OK.
- If problem persists, call us @ 1-877-429-8377.
Air Conditioner Not Working
- Verify your thermostat batteries are good.
- Lower thermostat to its lowest setting.
- Verify the air filter is clean.
- Check fuse/breaker at the disconnect by unit.
- Check fuse/breaker at your electrical panel.
